St. Catherine's The Celtic Pub - 45 mins from Toronto, 10 mins from Niagara Falls ex-Pat tims - superb. Went there for a pre-season game while on holiday.

Jock Stein Memorial CSC, Hamilton Ontario. Currently based in the Irish Canadian Club in Hamilton on Concession Ave (i think). A friendlier more welcoming group of Tims I have yet to meet. Great place to watch the games. The Lionshead Pub on John Street, also in Hamilton is a great wee boozer where loads of Tims hang out. There's usually a few folk there at most times of the day and night! Thoroughly enjoyed my visits there.
