can't say it's a celtic pub but the Auld Alliance Metro St Paul les Maris
Scottish pub from there, 10/15mins walk you have the Quiet Man not too far from the Centre George Pompidou. Again not TIM but good Irish music if you're up for the flute(the real stuff),pipes and fiddles
